Very good. But I will say the hands are out of proportion. The bottom girl's hand is way too small and the top person's hand is too large. Also the boobs are not equal in size but the shape is well done, especially on her right breast. And also the slit is a little too high and could use more detail. But the face detail and the hair and clothes is very well done. Great job!

I'd reccomend researching how to draw vaginas more. They are not just a slit in the skin. They have lips and different subtle layers. I'd reccomend checking out doxy's tutorial : http://prismblush.com/vagina-tips/

Shading is great but the boob closest to the camera looks a bit misshapen and some of your proportions are a bit off
