Quick GIMP tip, before you start moving frames around make an extra transparent layer and put some kind of guide on that to line up all the frames with. Either a spot or two for the nipples if it's fairly straightforward, or a line roughly from nip to nip to track by. Match the rest of the layers to that guide.
