Doesn't fall under definition of a gap. Not one.
Clever use of the thigh gap as a framing element for the landscape, but the bit of landscape is not interesting. Good symmetrical composition and pose, but centerline of subject is just far enough from center of frame to feel unbalanced. Good positioning of subject so that skin is lit from above and behind. This gives a nice highlight. Careful to not lose the highlights with digital capture.
