This is ON Bourbon Street in New Orleans. This hotel sits at the corner of Bourbon and Canal. The signs on the door say to please use Canal street entrance. They put those up during construction or BIG events. Judging by their green shirts and shamrock beads, this is Saint Patrick's Day. There is a huge parade and tons of partying down there for Saint Patrick's Day. So? SO... That is not much of a dare. The real dare would be to *NOT* flash in front of that building. Lol,
