It's a movie, She's a space vampire, He's about to die. /u/Combicon is right, the movie is Lifeforce. and it's just awful. BUT that several minute long nude scene actually makes it worth it, because that actress is freaking stunning.
Her name is Mathilda May, and she doesn't have a lot of movies out there. This one is quite memorable, for obvious reasons.
