For the love of go don't let her do it! They reduction scars are really bad. I have a friend that had hers reduced to DDs back in high school. Not only did she hate her scars and stopped wearing anything that even showed off cleavage. She had intimacy issues well into her late 20's. And to top it all off, they continued to grow until she was in her 30's (before having kids). Tell her they look amazing, because they do! :) If at all possible, she should wait until she reaches that mid life point and reevaluate this type of surgery.
