Up until the economy took a shit, I was moving, selling and installing pool tables... Seeing things like this make me cringe. Most likely 3 piece slate, shims are used to even it out, and putty or Bondo is used to seal the 3 pieces... Sitting, standing, moving or otherwise fucking with the pool table usually resulted in me getting called back to re-level, or god forbid have to dissemble the table to re-seat the slate. Sorry, go back to fapping.
