Okay, here's what I've been able to find: First, here are some more pictures: [album](http://imgur.com/a/cSnsd) From what I can tell these are pictures from Outlaw Cigar's 2013 calendar, and she's referred to as "Anna" in a tweet [here](https://twitter.com/OutlawCigarCo/status/247440665078820864), with another of her [here](https://twitter.com/OutlawCigarCo/status/247498077315940352). There's a "making of" video on [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVDCotbyhik&feature=youtu.be&t=4m12s) which incorrectly labels her as "Margo." She's on their site as "Anna" as well in their [calendar section](http://www.outlawcigar.com/outlaw-party-girls-calendar/nggallery/2013-outlaw-unforgiven-calendar/2013-outlaw-unforgiven-calendar).
