8 XXX : badparents

When I was a medical student here in Brazil, working as a pediatrician I got that a lot. I really mean it, I treated 4 kids who had drank bleach or some sort of cleaning products.

How do you make it to child bearing age and not learn about bleach? Granted I learned the hard way why you do not mix bleach and ammonia. But I was like 10 or so.
