I think she need to work harder on her squats
I really want to like her but she's been so rude to so many people in her comment section. She blocked me after I said that you can benefit from isolation excersizes (she was saying squats and deadlifts are the only things that you can benefit from and making fun of girls at the gym who did isolation movements).
