The collar is a nice improvement.
I've gotten a lot of requests for a comparison so here it is :) Before, and just past the one year mark on my 500cc mod silicones I did not find a good front on comparison for my first boob job (250ccs mod silicone), you can see a glimpse of them in my old submissions though.
They look very nice, very well done, if you had only posted the second I would have thought them naturals even.
