When breast implants bottom out, the nipple position will be higher on the breast, and pointed upwards ('star-gazing nipples'). In this picture, the position of her nipples does not appear abnormal: the nipples are positioned pretty much smack dab in the center of the breast mounds = NOT BOTTOMED OUT. The main mass of the breast will appear unusually low on the torso. Using the elbow crease near the top left of the picture as a reference point, this is NOT the case in this picture: the distance between her armpit and the main mass of the breast looks relatively normal for breasts of this size = NOT BOTTOMED OUT. Put 'breast implants bottomed out' into Google image search. The pictures you find will NOT look like this. TLDR: Bella French's implants are NOT bottomed out in this picture, they appear perfectly normal. Nice picture, but learn what phrases mean before you use them.
