Excellent idea! I had always thought about recessing an eye bolt in the ceiling inside a round electrical box. Like maybe a ceiling fan box. Then just covering the box with a plain white blank cover. It would look like you just got rid of a hanging light fixture. Your idea is much simpler, but my idea would allow you to add a second point. I have access to the attic above my bedroom, so I can install the necessary cross bracing. The other thing is that a lot of people who have finished basements use suspended ceilings. In that case you can put all the attachment points you need above the tiles and just put the tiles back in place when playtime is over.
