I don't know about the lipstick, but the gag ball looks very like one of the ones that I use on the [rubber ball gags](http://www.affordable-leather.co.uk/ccp8/item/soft-rubber-ball-gag-black-red) I make.
It's a rubber shell with a foam inner which makes it soft and compressible (unlike many which are hard, solid rubber dog balls) so it fills the mouth, but still lets you swallow and you can close your mouth meaning it doesn't leave you with an aching jaw!
