You can do stuff like that in Skyrim too with the right mods. Mods like [PO](http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/1935-prison-overhaul-v033-patches/) or one of the [slavery mods](http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/742-simple-slavery-stirring-in-its-grave/) are nice for this kind of stuff.
I like to play a game called guess the subreddit when I saw this pic. (as in a don't check what subreddit it is) Until I saw the implements on the table I was pretty confused. I did however guess correctly.
Wanna know what mod lets me do that kind of arrangement.....
