Being held by a strong pair of hands/arms is probably one of the biggest panty soakers of all time. True story.

That reminds me that I need to work on my arm strength more. My sub's quitting smoking, and with her increased lung capacity she'll be able to escape easier if I don't keep up.
That's always my motivation to hit the gym and keep improving on my lifts. As a female it's always going to be a struggle to overpower a male sub, but the gym has definitely helped

I have a similar motivation for exercising. I want to lose a few extra pounds so it will be even easier for my Lord to throw me around and hold me down.
