It's a trivia game show on Czech Television network. The dude driving is a TV host/actor/singer. They pick up random people on the street who are hailing a taxi and drive them to their destination. On the way they ask you some trivia questions and you can win money for correct answers, if you fail three times they'll kick you out. This video is from a blooper reel which wasn't broadcasted during a regular episode. They picked up a drunk girl, she failed two questions and when she was about to fail the third, she offered to give him a piece of her clothing for each extra chance to guess. He gave her the stickers to cover her nipples so kids could watch the show, which she didn't quite understand.
Why wasn't the American series like this?
