I'm going to take a shot in the dark here and say that it's the tits.
Photographer here. Why she looks great is because this the model is posed in a way that shapes her body in a typical "S Curve" form. It's not obvious at first because of the angle she is at, but if you google for "s curve pose" you'll see other examples where the model (usually women) look great and it's something you can't quite put your finger on. Also, the other folks saying it's golden ratio / Fibonacci spiral - that is true, but not so much in this case, because it puts the focus right above her tailbone, which, in and of itself is nice, but not a focal feature. Rotated, the focal point is somewhere on her upper arm. so not a big feature there either. To me, the "thing" about this picture is the s curve. Edit: accidentally a word
