8 XXX : ass

alot of people have been asking if I work out so heres my routine to any one who would like to try it out. So a lot of this is genetics but I live in an area with lots of hills and I walk often so try putting your tredmill on an incline maybe? or walk up hills. edit: I'm not sure if this is scientifically true but I once read if you sit with a lot of pressure on your butt it will cause your body to put more fat into that body part, again not sure if its true but I've sat with most of my weight on my butt since I've read that.
