Should be a law for someone like this to have to go to a psychological interview first. Plastic surgeons don't give a crap as long as they get paid. Obviously this girl has a problem, and I think it's mental. A bulimic person looks in the mirror and sees a fat person. I'm sure McKayla looked in the mirror and saw an ugly person, which she was not.
