This is from Haunted (1995)? No proof but I'm pretty certain both nude scenes in that movie were body doubles. If not, they certainly put a lot of effort into making sure her full face is not shown at the same time as her body. The only straight up nude scene I know she did is in, appropriately, Uncovered (1994)
It's amazing how much better looking she is now
I'm flabbergasted she managed to keep it covered her entire 'career.' It would still be most relevant to see though.....
