Hey OP, as someone with the same body type as you, I thought I also had a permanent muffin top. Turns out we just have something called hip dips and it's the way our hips are aha. Honestly nothing to worry about :)

I've also heard a hip dip called violin hips. I've got the same thing!! A lot of people do in fact. They aren't a part of media's "attractive" narrative but that's all a load of bullshit social construction anyway. It's literally the result of one's pelvis lying high enough that there is an indent between it and the start of the femur. Just another variation in the beautiful human anatomy.
